What it does
A pill that counts
A small timer floats over your apps and counts unlocked time. Drag it anywhere, tap it for today's stats, double-tap to go home.
See where the time goes
Your day hour by hour and app by app, with every unlock in your history. Green, amber and red show which hours ran long.
App limits
Choose how many times a day an app can open and how long each visit lasts. Hit a limit and you're back on your home screen.
Breathe first
Opening an app that pulls you in starts with a 10-second breath, so you choose to go in rather than drift in.
Say why first
Before a chosen app opens, write why you're opening it. A reason keeps the visit short.
Bedtime lock-in
A reminder to charge the phone in another room. After bedtime every unlock starts with a breath.
Focus time
Block out time for what matters, now or on a schedule. Only the apps you allow will open.
Present in meetings
While a meeting on your calendar runs, only your meeting apps open. Your calendar never leaves the phone.
Keep me honest
Share your daily screen time with someone you trust, and see theirs. Reports are end-to-end encrypted.
Focus together
Make a group with friends or classmates. Anyone can start a focus session, and everyone chooses to join.
Steps that fit you
Stolen Minutes looks at your last 7 days and suggests the few changes that would win back the most time.
The weekly board
If you like, sign in with Google, pick a nickname and see how your week compares with everyone else's.
This week's leaderboard
People who share their week, ranked by unlocked time. Less time ranks higher.
| Rank | Nickname | Unlocked | Days |

| 1 | pranav | 4 |
Your record stays on your phone
- Unlock times, app names and your history are stored on the phone.
- The weekly board is off until you turn it on, and shows only a nickname and a weekly total.
- Keep me honest reports are end-to-end encrypted. Only your partner's phone can read them.
- Your calendar is read on the phone for meeting focus and never leaves it.
Questions
Is Stolen Minutes free?
Yes. It is free, with no ads and no paid tier.
Which phones does it work on?
Android phones running Android 8.0 or later. It is available on Google Play.
Does my screen time leave my phone?
Not unless you choose. Your unlock history stays on the phone. It leaves only if you turn on the weekly board, share with a Keep me honest partner, or export a file yourself.
How does the leaderboard rank people?
By total unlocked time for the week, Monday to Sunday. Less time ranks higher, and equal times share a rank. Only finished days count, and only days when tracking was on with no excluded apps.
How do I get on the leaderboard?
Open Settings in the app, turn on Share data, sign in with Google and choose a nickname. Your finished days start counting toward this week's board.
What does the leaderboard show about me?
Your nickname, your unlocked time for the week and how many days counted. Not your name, email or which apps you used.
